Hi! I'm Shea.
Just a few years ago,
I was a newlywed to my highschool sweetheart...
I was starting my first “big girl” job as a physical therapist with a good bit of student loan debt to my name. I honestly loved what I did as a physical therapist and would have laughed hard in your face if you would have asked me if I would ever consider stepping away from my full-time job to be home one day. Not only that, but life was going exactly how I had planned.
Not long after starting my new job though, I started to feel the Lord tugging at my heart to pursue something more. Not to step away from being a PT, but to use my gifts and talents in a little different way as well.
And even though everything in me wanted to ignore this tug and run fast in a different direction...
I knew the Lord was calling me to be
obedient.

You see, for years I walked my personal health and fitness journey alone and was completely content with that. But I watched from a distance as this random girl on Instagram shared her own journey—fitness, nutrition, faith, motherhood, working full time, all while building an online health + wellness business that would one day allow her to be home with her babies while still providing for her family financially.
Truthfully, I always wondered what it would look like for me to do the same, but it honestly felt too good to be true. Not only that, but I had very little time, I had no clue how to share on social media, I was not the outgoing person who felt comfortable posting about my own journey, and I was TERRIFIED of what people would think of me if I did.
Deep down, I knew this was what the Lord was calling me to. So I clicked on the link, filled out a form to join her team, hopped on a zoom call and immediately after signed up to start this “faith and fitness” business.
and the rest was
history.
I personally had no clue what obstacles I was about to face in the season ahead but the Lord did and man was He so faithful in providing opportunity after opportunity in a season that felt so dark for me.
A few months into coaching, my world was completely rocked. Without going into detail, I felt like everything I had known was gone and there was nothing I could have done to change that.
Looking back, I see the Lord's hand in
every. single. detail.
BUT GOD.
He gave me this amazing community in a season where I needed it most. He opened the door and gave me the opportunity to use my gifts and talents in a new way and be a servant in a season where I felt like my purpose was lost. He provided financial blessing to not only cover my needs but also to open the door for healing and reconciliation. He brought prayer warriors, close friends, peace and comfort, purpose, and ultimately so much growth in my own personal walk with Christ.
& this business was that open door.
It was a vehicle He used to fulfill His purpose in my life.
And because of that, I want to IMPACT other women’s lives in the same way this community and business opportunity impacted mine.
But that's not all. God always has a way of

surprising us.
Like before, I would have laughed hard in your face if you would have asked me if I would ever consider stepping away from my full-time job to be home one day.
But quickly after returning to work after my maternity leave I struggled. Struggled with the rushed mornings, trying to navigate pumping at work, hurrying home to see my little man, the few hours I had between getting home from work and starting a bedtime routine. I loved my job (still do) but wrestled with wanting to be a more present wife and mama and not miss out on the moments that mattered most to me.
And now I get to look back and smile BIG because this opportunity has allowed me to drop hours at work, still do what I love BUT also be a more present wife, mama and steward our home well.
Fast forward a few years, and my world was completely rocked again when I became a mama.
I started my online business pre-motherhood with zero social media experience, a small amount of time, no big audience, A LOT of fear, and no idea if I would even be able to make this work.
But instead of staying stuck in fear (which is exactly where the enemy wanted me), I chose to trust God with this open door and lean in.
In my first month, I paid myself back for the cost of the enrollment package and covered my own personal supplements.
From there, I was able to help our family pay off a significant amount of debt and then eventually pay off my student loans from PT school.
And best of all, I was able to drop hours at work so I could be home with my baby more while filling in the financial gaps with the income I was making from my faith + fitness business.

Just a passion for health and fitness, a heart for serving the Lord, and a dream of financial flexibility so I could be home more with my babies.
Now I get to experience the JOY of freedom in my own health and fitness journey, help other busy mamas find a sustainable plan that works for them, have more flexibility with work and family, and spend more time being a mama. And the best part...I get to pay that forward by helping other hard-working mamas step into the calling the Lord has given them and walk alongside them as they become better wives, mamas, and provide financially for their families through this business.
